Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop, maintain, and update WordPress websites.
2. Customize WordPress themes and plugins as per project requirements.
3. Implement responsive design and ensure cross-browser compatibility.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve website performance issues and bugs.
5. Collaborate with the design and content teams to ensure seamless user experience.
6. Optimize websites for SEO and ensure adherence to best practices.
7. Assist in the integration of third-party APIs and tools.
8. Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in WordPress development.
Requirements:
1. Prior experience with WordPress development (either freelance, internships, or coursework).
2. Strong understanding of WordPress themes, plugins, and CMS architecture.
3. Knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and PHP.
4. Experience with responsive design and mobile-first development.
5. Familiarity with SEO principles and website optimization techniques.
6. Ability to customize and modify existing WordPress themes and plugins.
