We're seeking a talented WordPress developer to transform our websites into high-converting sales machines. You'll leverage your expertise to create engaging, user-friendly websites that drive results.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Website Development: Develop and maintain WordPress websites using Elementor (and ideally, Hostinger) with a focus on aesthetics, functionality, and user experience
2. Conversion Optimization: Implement proven strategies to increase website traffic, engagement, and ultimately, sales
3. Content Creation: Collaborate with our team to develop compelling website content that resonates with our target audience
4. SEO: Optimize websites for search engines to improve organic visibility and drive traffic
5. Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Update and maintain websites regularly to ensure optimal performance and security

3. Conversion Optimization: Knowledge of best practices for website design, layout, and call-to-action placement to drive conversions.
4. Content Creation: Ability to write clear, concise, and persuasive website copy.
5. SEO: Understanding basic SEO principles to optimize website content and structure.
6. Language Skills: Excellent written and spoken English and Hindi communication skills.
7. Self-starter: Ability to work independently, manage projects, and meet deadlines.
8. Web Development Coding: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for custom website modifications.
9. Sales Funnel Experience: Experience designing and implementing sales funnels to guide visitors towards conversion.
10. E-commerce Integration: Knowledge of integrating e-commerce platforms like WooCommerce to enable online sales.
11. Mobile responsiveness: Expertise in creating websites that adapt seamlessly to different screen sizes.
12. A/B Testing: Experience with A/B testing to optimize website performance.
