About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design, develop, and implement chatbots for WhatsApp using relevant APIs.
2. Test and fine-tune chatbot responses to ensure smooth interaction and user satisfaction.
3. Create and manage automated workflows for different business processes using tools like Zapier, Integromat, or Power Automate.
4. Ensure seamless integration between applications to optimize business operations.
5. Identify issues or bugs in chatbots or automation workflows and resolve them quickly to maintain smooth functionality.
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams (sales, customer support, etc.) to understand their automation needs and provide effective solutions.
7. Track the performance of chatbots and automation processes.
8. Generate and analyze reports to ensure systems are working efficiently and make adjustments as necessary.

Other requirements

1. Prior experience in developing WhatsApp chatbots or similar automation projects.

4. Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members and external stakeholders.

5. A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and staying updated with the latest automation technologies.

6. Ability to work in a dynamic startup environment, balancing multiple tasks with enthusiasm and flexibility.
