The Institute of Perception Studies (IPS) is a Delhi-based non-profit organization non-governmental organization (NGO) that works for poverty alleviation and rural and urban distress reforms. We work amongst farmers, women, and migrant workers. IPS researches rural and urban distress. IPS also works on media news debate analysis through its campaign Rate The Debate in addition to a rights-oriented campaign called the Hakku initiative in Telangana.
