
Malaka Spice was established as an inspired southeast cuisine restaurant in the by-lanes of Koregaon Park, Pune, by a couple, Praful and Cheeru Chandawarkar, in the year 1997. Each meal at Malaka Spice is a result of many culinary tours taken in Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, Singapore, Vietnam, Japan, and Cambodia. We truly believe in and follow the concept of 'Farm To Table'. Most of the produce used in our recipes are sourced from our very own Cherish Farm, which is about 45 km from Pune. Not just this, we use cold pressed oil in the preparation of all our recipes, thus making every meal experience at Malaka Spice, soulful and beautiful!
