Medhavi Foundation is a Section 25 incorporated not-for-profit company focused on bridging the gap between the employability of rural youth and the manpower requirements of industries. To achieve this mission, Medhavi has partnered with the National Skill Development Corporation, various corporates, and several state skill missions, with a goal to skill, train, and create employment opportunities for 50,000 youths over the next 5 years. Medhavi currently operates a network of skill development centers across seven states in eastern and northeastern India. In the past six years, the foundation has successfully trained and placed 6,000 students in various sectors through government-sponsored, CSR, and paid programs. Additionally, Medhavi has established and managed Pradhan Mantri Kaushal Kendras across India, which is a flagship project under the central government’s Skill India campaign.
