Job Title: 3D Generalist - CGI, modeling, animation & rendering

Position Overview: As a 3D Generalist at Sorted Branding, you will work across various stages of the 3D production pipeline, from modeling and texturing to animation and rendering. Your creativity and technical expertise will play a key role in delivering high-quality CGI content for branding campaigns, product showcases, and mixed reality projects.
Key responsibilities:
1. Create high-quality 3D models, environments, and assets with a focus on detail and realism.
2. Develop and animate 3D content, ensuring smooth, engaging, and lifelike movements.
3. Work on lighting, shading, and rendering to produce visually stunning outputs for mixed reality, CGI videos, and animations.
4. Collaborate with the creative and post-production teams to integrate 3D elements seamlessly into live-action footage.
5. Optimize assets for performance without compromising visual quality.
6. Stay updated with the latest tools, trends, and techniques in 3D production to ensure innovative and cutting-edge outputs.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a 3D generalist, with a portfolio demonstrating expertise in 3D modeling, animation, and rendering.
2. Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, Blender, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max.
3. Strong skills in texturing and shading using tools like Substance Painter or similar software.
4. Knowledge of rendering engines like V-Ray, Arnold, or Redshift.
5. Ability to create photorealistic assets and environments, with attention to detail and a strong sense of composition.
6. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to various project requirements.
