Key Responsibilities:

1. Design photorealistic 3D renders for real estate, stall designs, and creative projects.
2. Create dynamic motion graphics for social media, promotional videos, and campaigns.
3. Leverage Unreal Engine to craft immersive 3D environments, animations, or cinematic visuals.
4. Explore and implement AI-driven workflows to streamline and enhance design and animation processes.
5. Collaborate with content creators, video editors, and designers to bring concepts to life.
6. Experiment with styles, effects, and innovative techniques to push creative boundaries.
7. Stay updated on 3D, motion design, and Unreal Engine advancements to ensure cutting-edge execution.

What We're Looking For:

1. 3D Expertise: Proficiency in tools like Blender, 3ds Max, SketchUp, or similar software.
2. Motion Graphics Skills: Experience with After Effects, Cinema 4D, or comparable tools for animations.
3. Unreal Engine Knowledge: Experience in creating environments, visualizations, or cinematic animations in Unreal Engine.
4. AI Enthusiasm: Familiarity with AI tools like Runway, MidJourney, or similar, or a willingness to explore and implement them in workflows.
5. Creative Vision: A passion for storytelling through design and animation with a focus on detail and quality.
6. Adaptability: Openness to experimenting with new techniques, tools, and design trends.
7. Team Player: Strong collaboration skills to work with a multidisciplinary team.
