Material Depot is seeking a highly skilled and creative '3D Visualization' Lead to lead our 3D rendering and visualization efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for bringing interior design concepts to life, visualizing materials, and crafting stunning and realistic renderings that showcase our wide range of materials. You will work closely with the design and product teams, using advanced visualization software to create immersive, high-quality visuals that highlight the aesthetics and functionality of the materials we offer.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead the 3D visualization team in producing high-quality renderings of interior spaces using Unreal Engine, 3DS Max, Vray, and Corona.
2. Develop photorealistic renderings and animations for interior spaces, ensuring accurate representation of materials and finishes.
3. Collaborate with product and design teams to understand project requirements and visualize the application of various materials in real-world settings.
4. Manage and optimize 3D models, textures, and lighting setups to achieve realistic results.
5. Provide creative input and direction on new visualization techniques and approaches to enhance material presentation.
6. Manage timelines and ensure deliverables are met within project deadlines while maintaining the highest quality standards.
Qualifications:
1. Educational background in architecture or interior design is a must requirement.
2. Proven experience in 3D visualization, with expertise in Unreal Engine, 3DS Max, Vray, and Corona rendering software.
3. Strong portfolio demonstrating photorealistic 3D renderings, with a focus on interiors and material application.
4. Analytical skills to assess design and material requirements, ensuring precision in every rendering.
5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
