3D Visualizer Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create realistic 3D visualizations, renderings, and animation walkthroughs for projects.
2. Develop 3D models based on AutoCAD, CAD drawings, or conceptual ideas.
3. Apply textures, lighting, and materials to achieve photorealistic results.
4. Collaborate with architects, designers, and project teams to understand visualization requirements.
5. Enhance visual presentations using post-production techniques in Photoshop or other software.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or diploma in architecture, interior design, 3D animation, or related fields (preferred but not mandatory).
2. Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, Sketch Up, or AutoCAD.
3. Strong skills in rendering engines like V-Ray and Corona Renderer. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects) for post-production.
4. Knowledge of AutoCAD, Unreal Engine, Unity, or Revit is a plus.
5. Understanding of lighting, textures, and materials to create high-quality visuals.
6. Portfolio showcasing previous 3D visualization projects.
