Job Description:
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer to join our team. As a 3D Visualizer, you will play a crucial role in transforming concepts and designs into photorealistic visualizations. You will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and clients to create compelling visuals that bring projects to life.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Create high-quality photorealistic 3D visualizations and renderings of architectural designs, interior spaces, products, or environments.
2. Interpret and translate 2D drawings, sketches, and CAD files into 3D models and animations.
3. Work closely with designers and architects to understand project requirements and design intent.
4. Use rendering software and plugins (e.g., 3ds Max, V-Ray, SketchUp, Blender) to produce realistic textures, lighting, and atmospheres.
5. Collaborate with project teams to ensure visualizations meet project timelines and objectives.
6. Iterate on designs based on feedback from clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
7. Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in 3D visualization techniques and software.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, Animation, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
2. Proficiency in 3D modeling software such as 3ds Max, Maya, Blender, or equivalent.
3. Experience with rendering engines and plugins such as V-Ray, Corona Renderer, or similar.
4. Experience in real-time rendering engines such as Twin Motion, Enscape or Unreal.
5. Strong understanding of lighting, texturing, and composition principles.
6. Excellent attention to detail and ability to accurately interpret design concepts.
7. Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
8. Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.
