Over the last 18+ years, more than 18,000 SILICA students have gotten into leading design, fashion, architecture, and art colleges in India and abroad. Key responsibilities:
1. Interact with Students, Parents & Faculties to deliver Academic Outcomes.
2. Monitor Academic Performance of students and help them improve it.
3. Provide guidance and mentoring to students and parents.
4. Implement the academic process at the center.
5. Maintain Attendance, Class Test Marks & other records in ERP and Excel / Google Sheets.
6. Help in resolving the parental queries & concerns, if any.
7. Assist in the day-to-day administration of the center
8. Work in a team and help others whenever required.
