An admission counselor will play a fundamental role in achieving customer acquisition goals and revenue growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails
2. Work on student admissions and achieve their targets
3. Understand customer needs/requirements and pitch a suitable program
4. Close sales and achieve quarterly quotas
5. Work on counseling and interacting with students and parents
6. Support students one-on-one in their selection of courses, application process, and meeting application deadlines
7. Provide students, parents, and guardians with information regarding admissions requirements and processes, enrolment process or other procedures
8. Coordinate systematic and efficient handling of applications and communications with parents of student applicants
Location: Bangalore
Working Days: 6 Days
Salary: 35k in hand + incentives
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Requirement:
1. Ability to empathize with students and parents, thus able to build relationships through conversations
2. Strong inclination to work in a target-driven sales environment
3. Proven expertise in converting leads into sales
4. Experience working with CRM
5. Fluency in English and Hindi languages is a must-have
6. Strong listening and presentation skills
