About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Conducting outreach to prospective students through various channels including phone calls, message & emails.
2. Providing information about our institution's programs & admission requirements to prospective students and their families.
3. Guiding prospective students through the application process, including assisting with completing application forms, submitting required documents, and scheduling interviews.
4. Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth transition for admitted students.
5. Keeping accurate records of interactions with prospective students and track recruitment efforts using our CRM system.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.

2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Delhi and neighboring cities

Other requirements

1. Bachelors degree in sales, business, education, counselling, marketing, or related field (Masters degree will be a plus).

2. Minimum 2 years of experience in similar role or a related field preferred. Mandatory requirement.

3. Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with diverse individuals.

4. Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems preferred.

Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

6. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
