Role Description
This is a full-time role as an Academic Counselor at Xpressedu located in Gurugram. As an Academic Counselor, you will be responsible for providing academic guidance and support to students. Your day-to-day tasks will include assisting students in course selection, helping them create academic plans, and providing guidance on educational and career goals. Additionally, you will collaborate with students, parents, and teachers to ensure academic success and address any concerns.

Qualifications
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to provide academic guidance and support to students
Knowledge of educational programs and resources
Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, and teachers
Bachelor's degree in Education, Counseling, or a related field
Prior experience in academic counseling or education is a plus
