Key Responsibilities:

1. Teaching & Learning
Teach Physics and Mathematics at the high school level
Design engaging and interactive learning experiences
Develop critical thinking and problem-solving skills in students
Create and solve challenging problems for deep understanding

2. Student Development
Monitor student progress and provide feedback
Offer individual attention and conduct remedial sessions
Guide students in competitive exam preparation
Ensure student assessments are accurate and up to date

3. Academic Leadership
Curriculum Development:
Create comprehensive curriculum maps
Develop teaching resources and assessment frameworks
Update curriculum based on student performance and feedback
Teacher Mentoring:
Guide and mentor other subject teachers
Train teachers in technology and AI tools
Share best teaching practices
Observe classes and provide constructive feedback

4. Program Management
