About the job role: Ladder Media is seeking an academic visualizer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for creating visually engaging educational content and possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Collaborating with experts, the academic visualizer will produce high-quality visual aids to communicate complex concepts effectively.
Key responsibilities:
1. Collaborate with subject matter experts and educators to develop visually compelling educational content
2. Create visual aids such as diagrams, infographics, and animations to enhance the understanding of complex concepts and data
3. Coordinate with the graphics and animation team to implement the storyboards received from customers
4. Collect customer video briefs and provide graphics and animation teams with necessary references for enhanced and premium-quality videos
5. Check the visual storyboards and videos created for factual/graphics or guideline-based errors and get them corrected before the scheduled delivery
6. Create storyboards for subjects of classes 6-10 where required (these subjects can vary from social science to mathematics)
Eligibility criteria:
1. Must have experience in the eLearning sphere and content delivery experience in academic projects
2. Must have experience in storyboard creation and visualization for 3+ years
3. Must be proficient in relevant design software and have a strong eye for detail
4. A bachelor's or master's degree in graphic design, multimedia design, or related fields is preferred
5. Experience in mathematics or science would be preferred
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 - 6,00,000 /year
Annual CTC breakup:
1. Fixed component: 80%
2. Variable component: 15%
3. Other incentives: 5%
