Key responsibilities:

1. Work on the identification & understanding of the student's needs & counsel students to select appropriate study programs as per their interest
2. Provide study information, admission requirements, and visa process
3. Conduct profile assessments of interested students and give course options by short-listing universities matching their profiles
4. Communicate with the target audience and manage the customer relationship
5. Ensure effective & regular follow-up with students using different channels of communication
6. Guide students through resolving queries on a quick and urgent basis
7. Maintain and update the student database on regular basis
