Account Coordinator Job

Key Responsibilities:

A. Client Communication
1. Assist in maintaining day-to-day communication with clients.
2. Ensure client requests and feedback are properly relayed to the internal team.
3. Help prepare and distribute status updates, reports, and meeting notes.

B. Project Coordination
1. Collaborate with creative, media, and production teams to ensure projects are on track.
2. Assist in managing project timelines, deliverables, and deadlines.
3. Help in setting up and maintaining project documentation, like briefs and reports.

C. Support Account Management
1. Assist Account Managers in the execution of marketing campaigns and strategies.
2. Help prepare presentations and reports for client meetings.
3. Coordinate logistics for meetings, calls, and presentations.

D. Budget Tracking
1. Assist in tracking budgets and expenditures on client accounts.
2. Ensure invoices are processed and payments are tracked.

E. Internal Communication
1. Act as a bridge between clients and internal teams.
2. Ensure that the internal team is aligned with client expectations and deadlines.
