3. Managing the quick resolution of escalations and issues raised by clients and internal teams
4. Drive creativity and efficiencies in the existing process while ensuring team targets are consistently met
5. Monitor client's satisfaction levels and team performance on a regular basis
6. Manage agency's financials to consistently limit overhead costs and increase both the monetary and brand value of accounts
7. Regularly drive business reviews with Management (Client and Internal)
