Qualifications and Skills
Proven experience in managing accounts and dealing with financial regulations, preferably in a similar role for 4-6 years.
Proficiency in handling financial software systems for efficient account management and data analysis.
Strong understanding of GST (Mandatory skill), TDS (Mandatory skill), and financial reporting standards is crucial.
Exceptional skill in preparing financial invoices and ensuring accuracy in billing processes.
Capability in coordinating and executing multiple accounting tasks with attention to detail and accuracy.
Skill in communicating effectively with clients and internal teams to ensure a seamless financial operation.
Must have knowledge as an accounts executive (Mandatory skill) in a human resources or similar consulting environment is desired.
Proficient in using standard accounting software and tools for streamlined accounting processes and reporting.

Roles and Responsibilities
Manage and oversee daily financial transactions while maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with accounting standards.
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for internal and external stakeholders.
