Key responsibilities:
1. Developing and implementing dynamic account management strategies to ensure successful client relationships
2. Managing and driving the execution of account plans to ensure client satisfaction and growth
3. Creating and delivering presentations to prospective and existing clients
4. Working closely with the sales team to optimize the sales process, identify new opportunities, and upsell products
5. Generating monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to track key performance metrics
6. Providing exceptional customer service to ensure customer satisfaction
7. Utilizing WordPress to create and manage content
