About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Store Onboarding
Attend client onboarding meetings to gather necessary information for onboarding clients on Amazon or Flipkart.
Assist interns in the store onboarding and creation process on Amazon and Flipkart.

2. Optimizing Product Listings
Train interns on the research and product listing process.
Analyze and verify data for product listings, create bulk upload sheets, and either provide them to the intern or upload them for the seller account, ensuring data accuracy.
Provide project briefs and keywords to the graphics designer for creating infographic images for listings, and assist with content for graphics.
Regularly monitor product visibility, search rankings, and provide listing reports for individual seller accounts.

3. Account Management
Monitor interns' daily performance related to account management activities.
Train interns on creating case logs and handling conversations with the seller support team.
Collect inventory updates from interns and provide daily updates to clients, analyzing product listing prices and health.
Provide weekly status reports on the health of all seller accounts.
Review and send monthly reports, including sales, ads, and GST reports, to clients.
Stay updated on platform policies, trends, and competitors' strategies.

4. Enhancing Brand Content
Provide project briefs and keywords to the graphics designer and assist with content creation for A+ Content, Storefront Design, and Brand Stories.

5. Storefront Design
Design and create the storefront for the client.

6.Client Coordination
Gather weekly feedback from clients, provide progress reports, and discuss future actions and strategies.

7. Management Coordination
Conduct daily progress meetings for all accounts, addressing challenges related to account management or ad management.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Minimum one year of hands-on experience managing seller accounts on Amazon and Flipkart in a client-facing role

2. Strong understanding of SEO-optimised listing process

3. Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central Amazon, advertising console and other optimisation tools

4. Proven experience optimising product pages for improved performance and conversions

5. Excellent English communication skills, with the ability to present data and recommendations to the client

6. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and proficiency in English

7. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Salary

Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 2,40,000 /year
