As an account manager, you will play a crucial role in coordinating between our clients and internal teams to ensure the timely and effective execution of digital marketing campaigns. Your primary responsibility will be to manage the entire campaign lifecycle, from requisition through to live status, while maintaining compliance and providing exceptional client service.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Client interaction: Act as the main point of contact for clients, taking detailed campaign requisitions and understanding their needs and objectives.
2. Campaign management: Analyze the work required for each campaign and coordinate with internal teams to allocate tasks effectively.
3. Task coordination: Ensure that all internal teams understand their roles and responsibilities for each campaign, and monitor progress to ensure timely completion.
4. Campaign execution: Oversee the process of taking campaigns live, ensuring all necessary steps are followed and all compliance requirements are met.
5. Compliance and quality assurance: Ensure that all campaigns adhere to industry standards, regulations, and client expectations.
6. Client communication: Keep clients informed about campaign progress, launch details, and any issues or updates that may arise.
7. Speed and efficiency: Manage campaigns with a focus on speed and efficiency, ensuring that all processes are executed in the fastest possible time without compromising quality.
