Parallel Plaids Uniforms Private Limited is looking for an accountant who has a strong knowledge of Tally, MS Excel, and English proficiency (written). We are a fast-growing apparel trader focused on providing top-notch service to all our clients. In this role, you will be responsible for managing company finances, invoicing customers, reconciling accounts, and other financial tasks. You will have the opportunity to use your knowledge of accounting principles, financial software, and data analysis to help protect our long-term financial security.
Key responsibilities:
1. Perform accounting and bookkeeping functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll
2. Prepare and analyze financial reports
3. Reconcile bank accounts
4. Maintain and update Tally accounts
5. Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable
6. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
7. Prepare budgets, forecasts, and cash flow projections
8. Ensure compliance with government regulations
9. Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures
10. Develop and utilize spreadsheets to prepare monthly and quarterly financial reports
