Accountswhiz India Private Limited is looking to hire a 'Senior Accountant' with a minimum of 5 + years of experience. Exposure to the manufacturing industry in the areas of accounting and bookkeeping and handling statutory compliances is needed.
Job location : Bangalore
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain coordination for registration of PAN, TAN, Shops Act, Service tax, GST, PT
2. Coordinate with the team head to start the work based on the service scope
3. Take responsibility for statutory payments on a timely basis
4. Take on accounting responsibilities including regular transaction accounting, travel accounting, inventory accounting & management
5. Share MIS reports with the company on a timely basis
6. Work on the filing of all applicable statutory returns on timely basis
7. Coordinate with auditors for the statutory audit
8. Handle all accounting queries - receivable and payable management, employee reimbursement, advance
9. Take responsibility for team leading and management of support employees
10. Handle ad hoc client requests as and when raised
11. Coordinate in case of tax audits and GST audits
1. Candidates with minimum 4 years of experience.
1. Audit experience preferred
2. Semi-qualified professional preferred (CA Inter/CA)
3. Willing to work from office only
4. Working knowledge of Tally/Zoho books/Quick Books preferred
5. Minimum 5+ years of experience
6. Exposure to the manufacturing industry in the areas of accounting and bookkeeping and handling statutory compliances
