Key responsibilities:
1. Manage all aspects of accounting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
2. Utilize MS Excel and Tally software to track financial transactions and generate reports
3. Ensure compliance with all financial regulations and company policies
4. Develop and maintain salary structures for employees
5. Conduct financial modeling to support strategic decision-making
6. Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients in written and spoken English
7. Use advanced Excel skills to analyze data and create forecasts
