Accountant Job

Analyzing financial information and preparing financial reports to determine or maintain a record of assets, liabilities, profit and loss, tax liability, or other financial activities within an organization.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Prepares asset, liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzing account information, this must be done monthly basis.
2. Make the entry of daily transactions done by all channels. Which must be error-free.
3. Make the daily purchase entry and daily sales entry in the Tally software or Excel file.
4. Need to prepare the daily report of purchases and sales, what comes in and what goes out, this daily report must be error-free.
5. Keeping an eye on incoming payments from accounts receivable and outgoing payments from accounts payable, need to provide the cheque payables and receivables daily basis to the management.
6. Provides financial information to management by researching and analyzing accounting data, also needs to prepare the report of daily sales.
7. Summarize current financial status by collecting account information, preparing balance sheets, and profit and loss statements monthly basis
8. Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting and analyzing account information.
9. Maintains customer confidence and protects operations by keeping financial information confidential.
10. Compiling and presenting reports to the management, budgets, business plans, commentaries, and financial statements

Education & experience

1. At least 1 year of accounting experience.
2. Zoho experience is a must.
3. B.Com or equivalent.
