About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Process accounts payable and receivable transactions accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Prepare invoices and ensure proper documentation and approval before processing payments.
3. Reconcile bank statements and ensure all transactions are recorded correctly.
4. Assist in payroll processing and employee expense reimbursement.
5. Monitor and manage office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
6. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members.
7. Assist with organizing company events or special projects as assigned.

Who can apply

1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.

Other requirements

1. Proven experience of ideally 0.6-1.5 years as an accounts assistant, administrative assistant, or similar role.

2. Familiarity with accounting software Tally & QuickBooks and MS Office Suite (particularly Excel).

3. Excellent organizational and time management skills.

4. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

5. Good verbal and written communication skills.

6. Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently.
