Accountant Job

We are looking for a highly proficient and experienced Accountant to become part of our team in Gurgaon. The perfect candidate should have extensive knowledge of accounting software, a meticulous attention to detail, and a comprehensive understanding of GST return filing and associated procedures. Key responsibilities:

1. Manage and oversee daily accounting operations
2. Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and statements
3. Handle GST return filings, Tally ERP and e-invoicing bills
4. Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements
5. Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
6. Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies
7. Collaborate with internal and external auditors during audits
8. Support budgeting and forecasting activities
9. Provide timely and accurate financial information to management
10. Utilize accounting software - Tally to streamline processes and improve efficiency

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
2. Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant accounting experience
3. Proficiency in Tally ERP accounting software
4. Strong knowledge of GST return filing and related compliance
5. Excellent understanding of e-invoicing bills
6. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic computer skills
7. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
8. Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting
9. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
10. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
