Key Responsibilities:
1. Online Payments Management: Execute and manage online payments for various operational expenses and vendor payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
2. Petty Cash Maintenance: Responsible for maintaining petty cash transactions, reconciling accounts, and ensuring proper documentation
3. Bank Reconciliation Statements (BRS): Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records
4. Statutory Payments: Handle the timely and accurate processing of statutory payments such as taxes, GST, and other regulatory obligations
5. Journal Vouchers (JVs): Process journal vouchers accurately, recording financial transactions and ensuring compliance with accounting standards
6. Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, communicating financial information clearly and building strong relationships internally and externally
7. Immediate Joiner: Ability to start immediately and hit the ground running, contributing positively to the finance team and organizational goals from day one
