We are seeking a dynamic and experienced accountant to join our team at Global Trade House. As an integral part of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial reports, and analyzing financial data to support decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
1. Utilize Advanced Excel skills to create and maintain complex spreadsheets for financial analysis and reporting
2. Oversee all accounting activities including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger maintenance
3. Utilize Tally software to record and reconcile financial transactions accurately
4. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with company policies and accounting regulations
5. Assist in budget preparation and financial forecasting to support strategic planning initiatives
6. Conduct regular audits to ensure financial data integrity and compliance with internal controls
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes
