Accountant Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Work on financial management: Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely reconciliation of bank statements, cash flow, and guest transactions.
2. Work on general ledger maintenance: Post journal entries, prepare balance sheets, income statements, and other financial statements.
3. Work on accounts payable/receivable: Manage accounts payable, process vendor payments, and ensure the timely collection of receivables from guests and corporate clients.
4. Work on reporting: Generate monthly and quarterly financial reports for management review and assist in preparing financial analysis for decision-making.
