Accountant Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Ensure timely month-end closure of financial records
2. Prepare, review, and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and completeness
3. Code invoices, process payments, and handle all customer communication
4. Prepare and file all corporate and regulatory filings in India
5. Manage office administration and monthly expenses
6. Ownership of India Payroll process end-to-end, ensuring monthly payroll is processed efficiently and promptly
7. Work with cross-functional teams, like Operations and HR, to manage payroll and expense processing, ensuring accurate and timely payments to employees
8. Resolving payroll discrepancies, answering employee queries such as tax issues, benefits, and deductions, and releasing payroll communication with employees
