Accountant Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Maintain day-to-day accounting transactions in accounting software.
2. Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and expense reports.
3. Handle accounts receivables and payables, ensuring timely payments and collections.
4. Conduct bank reconciliations and track financial transactions.
5. Assist in GST, TDS, and other tax-related compliance activities.
6. Work on back office & administrative support
7. Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers for operational needs.
8. Handle HR-related documentation such as payroll processing, attendance tracking, and leave management.
9. Ensure smooth office operations by handling routine administrative tasks.
10. Work on inventory management of material.
