Accountant Job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support duties related to accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
2. Using our ERP Software for entries and invoicing.
3. TDS calculations and coordinating with the CA every month.
4. GST reporting and coordinating with the CA every month.
5. Following up on GST errors and mismatch between tally data and GSTR 2.
6. Continuous maintaining and tallying of all ledgers and reporting discrepancies as well as coordinating with vendors and customers to ensure ledgers are up to date.
7. Compile and prepare routine reports and summaries.

Qualifications for Accounting Assistant:

1. Proficient in advanced knowledge of Tally, and Microsoft Office Applications, including Excel, is a must.
2. Fluent English language verbal and written communication skills
3. Ability to work independently on assigned duties
