As an Accountant at The Think Tank Entertainment company, you will play a crucial role in managing our financial operations and ensuring accuracy and efficiency in our accounting processes. We are looking for a detail-oriented individual with a strong understanding of Accounting principles, proficiency in MS-Excel, and excellent English written communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Prepare and maintain financial records, including general ledgers, accounts payable/receivable, and financial statements.
2. Perform month-end and year-end close procedures to ensure accurate financial reporting.
3. Assist in budget preparation and forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
4. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow to ensure proper fund management.
5. Prepare and submit tax returns and compliance reports in a timely manner.
6. Collaborate with other departments to provide financial information and support their operations.
7. Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to streamline accounting procedures.
