Key Responsibilities:
1. Accounting tasks: Execute sales/purchase entry, payment/cash vouchers, ledger posting, and general accounting.
2. Software proficiency: Use Tally, MS Excel, and Word for accounting and documentation tasks.
3. Admin and financial management: Design and implement accounts and admin strategies.
4. Manage billing, invoices, MIS, attendance, and salary computation.
5. Documentation: Maintain records and prepare reports, charts, and graphs.
6. Assist with processing payments, tracking expenses, and managing accounts payable and receivable.
1. Candidates with minimum 2 years of experience.
2. Those who are from or open to relocate to Mumbai and neighboring cities
1. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field.
2. Chartered accountant.
3. 1-2 years of relevant accounting experience.
4. Knowledge of Tally software and Tally accounting package.
5. Understanding of GST, ESI, PF, PT, TDS, and IT regulations.
6. Proficiency in MS Excel and Word.
7. Strong analytical and communication skills.
8. Knowledge of GST calculation, filing, and returns.
9. Understanding and coordination for PF, PT, TDS, and IT filing and returns.
10. Communication: Exhibit excellent communication skills to coordinate with the associate network efficiently.
Annual CTC: ₹ 5,00,000 /year
