We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with Indian statutory requirements including ESI, PF, GST, and other relevant regulations. Proficiency in Tally and other accounting software is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with statutory requirements.
2. Handle ESI (Employees' State Insurance) and PF (Provident Fund) calculations and filings.
3. Prepare and file GST returns and manage GST compliance.
4. Manage accounts payable and receivable.
5. Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow.
6. Prepare financial statements and reports.
7. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
8. Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance and accuracy.
9. Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
Proven experience as an Accountant, preferably in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and statutory requirements (ESI, PF, GST).
Proficiency in Tally ERP 9 and other accounting software.
1. Candidates with minimum 1 years of experience.
Preferred Skills:
• Experience with payroll processing.
• Knowledge of income tax and corporate tax compliance.
• Familiarity with financial analysis and reporting.
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,00,000 - 3,00,000 /year
