We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented accounts executive to manage the financial operations of our hospitality group. This role involves overseeing accounting processes, ensuring regulatory compliance, and driving financial efficiency.
1. Financial Management: Maintain accurate financial records, manage journal preparation, GL reviews, P&L analysis, and cash flow management. Conduct monthly closings, trend analysis, and prepare financial reports for stakeholders.
2. Audit and Compliance: Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance activities. Address audit queries and ensure adherence to accounting standards.
3. Process Improvement: Drive process automation and efficiency improvements. Collaborate with teams to implement best practices.
4. Daily Tasks: Enter sales and vendor bills in Tally, prepare daily cash reports, follow up on BTC client payments, and handle salary management and bank reconciliation.
Key Skills and Competencies
1. Proficiency in Tally, PeopleSoft, or similar financial systems.
2. Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, PF, ESIC, and PT.
3. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
Pushpam Resorts LLP entered the hospitality business in 2013 and plans to expand into various hospitality models. The company's first resort, Sanskruti Suites & Resort, located in Karjat, is set to open in early 2019 and is currently under construction.
Additionally, Pushpam Resorts is in the planning stages for another resort near Wai. Both resorts are designed with a weekend home theme, where the parent company, Pushpam Infra, will construct the weekend homes, while Pushpam Resorts LLP will manage the luxury studio rooms and 1 BHK/2 BHK villas under a revenue-sharing model.
