Key responsibilities:

1. Posting business transactions, processing invoices, verifying financial data for use and maintaining accounts (for payable records).
2. Providing other clerical support necessary to pay the obligations of the organization.
3. Maintaining meticulous records of outstanding payables.
4. Ensuring the accuracy of the organization's financial documents for payment, auditing and tax purposes.
5. Practicing effective monitoring to ensure payments are made to vendors in a timely manner.
