About the job

Key Responsibilities:

1. Preparing financial documents such as invoices, bills, and accounts payable and receivable
2. Completing financial reports on a regular basis and providing information to the finance team
3. Check transactions against the general ledgers to reconcile bank statements
4. Entering financial information into appropriate software programs
5. Managing company ledgers
6. Processing business expenses
7. Coordinating internal and external audits
8. Verifying balances in account books and rectifying discrepancies
9. Verifying bank deposits
10. Managing day-to-day transactions
11. Reporting on debtors and creditors
12. Encoding accounting entries for data processing
13. Sorting financial documents and posting them to the proper accounts
14. Resolving errors in financial reports and correcting faulty reporting methods
