Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Accountant specializing in the manufacturing industry to join our team in Hyderabad. This is a full-time, mid-level position ideal for candidates with 4 to 6 years of relevant work experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing various financial operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills
Minimum of 4 to 6 years of accounting experience, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
Proficiency in cost accounting (Mandatory skill).
Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Mandatory skill).
Strong skills in inventory management and financial analysis.
Experience in budgeting and variance analysis.
Thorough knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
In-depth understanding of tax compliance regulations and requirements.
Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

Roles and Responsibilities
Prepare, examine, and analyze accounting records, financial statements, and reports to ensure accuracy and adherence to GAAP.
Manage costing methodologies and ensure precise cost accounting practices within the manufacturing process.
Oversee and reconcile inventory accounts, ensuring proper inventory management and control.
Analyze financial data and prepare reports for senior management, providing insights and recommendations.
Develop and maintain budgets, perform variance analysis, and assist in the forecasting process.
Ensure compliance with tax regulations, prepare tax returns, and manage audits.
Utilize ERP systems for efficient financial management and reporting.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support business decision-making.
