Job description
Fees Collection.
Manage petty cash account.
Keeping track of all the monitory transactions at the location.
Entry in tally software.
Admissions processing.
Prepare and post journal entries.
Prepare and analyze account reconciliations and daily-monthly reports.
Prepare daily deposits of goods sales receipts.
Provide monthly details to the Accountant at Head Office for General Journal entries.
Ensure proper recording of new purchases and disposals.
Prepare correspondence as needed within the department, Filing, etc.
Assist HR Department with payroll system and payroll-related items.
Assist the school office for various common responsibilities such as school uniforms, books & stationery, events in the school, etc.
Other allied work.
Co-coordinating with HR in processing EPF
Ensure that all administrative duties, checks, documentation, reports, and returns (internal and external) are completed accurately and submitted within the required deadlines
