Accounts And Business Operations Job

Key responsibilities:

Accounting: (non-negotiable KPI)
1. Handling the accounting on Tally ERP/Tally Prime with hands-on experience in the field with minimal supervision

Workflow improvement:
1. Work closely with the proprietor and office staff to oversee daily business operations
2. Proactively recommend improvements to increase sales performance
3. Work directly with management, and the Digital Marketing department to brainstorm, discuss strategy and mitigate workflow/communication issues
4. Track trends and suggest enhancements to both challenge and refine the company's product offerings

Vendor Relationship Management:
1. Meeting and sourcing the products and negotiating costs
2. Following up with the Vendors above and getting the desired quality in the production
