Job Description

Update MIS statements for finance like monthly updated debt profile for all 3 companies ,etc. Monitor the interest costs and other charges levied by banks. Assist in finalisation of Finance related work during balance sheet time. Checking whether proper accounting is done by accounts team in accounting loans in ERP system and correcting them wherever required. Checking whether TDS entries on NBFC interest properly passed by Accounts team in System , correcting them wherever required and asking for TDS refund on NBFC interest from the NBFC. Checking whether forex entries are properly passed by accounts team , particularly the forex gain / loss entries and inform accounts department wherever corrections are required. Arrange quarterly and yearly balance confirmation of all loan availed in 3 companies. Opening bank accounts whenever required and setting up facilities like internet banking etc. Co-ordinate with secretarial team for giving BR wherever required by banks / nbfcs.Role & Responsibilities

Attend to various financiers requests for information from banks and NBFCS, doing reconciliation of balance outstanding with balance confirmations / account statements, etc
Interact with working capital banks for opening Lc and import documents related matters ( Candidate should have knowledge of forex, import-export transactions,)
Arrange for suppliers credit interest advice wherever not received and update the suppliers credit outstanding as on year end
Opening bank guarantee against warranty to be given to Customer and maintain MIS of the same
Operational work of sharing data / information when applying for new loan from bank/nbfc
Assist in co-ordinating with stock auditor and sharing data required by stock auditor
Maintain CAPEX data
