The candidate should be conversant with e-commerce/marketplace accounting practices, and GST laws applicable and collate data, which is required for filing with tax authorities.
Key responsibilities:
1. Analyse e-commerce reports (gather all of the e-commerce data that is scattered across all platforms)
2. Work on sales entries in software Marg(Tally/Excel) on a daily basis
3. Record debit note/credit note/return entry in software Marg (Tally)
4. Manage ledger reconciliation on a daily basis
5. Record payment/receipt entries daily
6. Handle billing of purchases in software Marg(tally)
7. Work on the filing of invoices
1-2 years experience (fresher is also preferred)
Fluent in English speaking
Proficient in working in Tally/MARG, Excel and Ms Office
Annual CTC: ₹ 2,16,000 - 2,50,000 /year
