Accounts Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Prepare daily sales reports for all outlets
2. Record and maintain daily sales entries in Tally for all outlets
3. Record and maintain purchase invoice bookings in Tally (COGS)
4. Share payment advice with suppliers and purchase department
5. Work on reconciliation of creditors' accounts
6. Work on reconciliation of debtors' accounts
7. Work on bank reconciliations in Tally
8. Record and maintain comprehensive entries for employee expenses (salaries/PF/ESIC/TDS etc)
9. Update daily sales and actual sales data via internal communication
10. Update weekly data to be shared with management
11. Check void bill reports on a daily basis in POS for all outlets

Skills & Requirements:

1. Freshers can apply
2. Only graduate/postgraduate - accounting & finance
3. Knowledge of Advanced Excel is a must
4. Should have experience working on Tally software
5. Should have experience working on Google Sheets
