Accounts Executive Fresher Job

Key responsibilities:

1. Managing the organization's finances
2. Maintaining the Tally-based accounts to provide statutory and financial reporting
3. Preparation of Monthly Profit & Loss account on consolidation basis
4. Monitor amounts receivable from customers and partners and escalate issues as per Company's guidelines
5. Keeping the organization's financial reporting up to date with changes in legislation; regulatory requirements, financial reporting standards, and taking prompt action to influence any changes if necessary to achieve compliance
6. Provide reliable and pertinent information for organizing funds
7. Oversee the purchase of supplies for the office as necessary, including stationery, refreshments and cleaning materials, keeping with agreed budgets
8. Operate systems for service charge accounting that are accurate and reliable; and provide timely management and reporting information
