About the job

Key responsibilities:

1. Manage all accounting transactions including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
2. Reconcile invoices and identify discrepancies.
3. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
4. Process payroll and maintain employee records related to payroll.
5. Assist in the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
6. Track expenses and prepare expense reports.
7. Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting regulations.

Who can apply

2. Proven work experience as an accounts executive or similar role ( ideally 2-3 years).

3. Solid understanding of basic accounting principles and financial practices.

4. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, or similar).

5. Advanced MS Excel skills including Vlookups and pivot tables.

6. Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

7. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

8. Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written.
